I never once felt like the characters were just there for the sake of being there. They’re not cookie-cutters, nor are they a cliche. They all seem real, and each one has its unique personality. The characters and personalities are all pretty well developed. There are even some occasional 3D effects used, but they’re very subtle and almost always for a purpose.
